Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients with attention to safety and dignity
• Perform assessments, document findings, and communicate changes in patient status clearly and promptly
• Administer medications and treatments according to policy and best practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and follow patient care plans
• Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold regulatory standards
• Support a positive patient experience by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and clear communication

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license (California preferred) and in good standing
• BLS required; ACLS and/or PALS preferred depending on unit needs
• Prior clinical RN experience in an acute care, outpatient, or specialty setting is a plus
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of nursing fundamentals, medication administration, and patient assessment
• Comfortable with electronic health record documentation and basic computer skills
• Skilled at prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic clinical environment
• Ability to provide patient education in a clear, compassionate manner
• Familiarity with infection control practices and safety protocols
