Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assist patients with daily living activities
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition
• Document patient information accurately and collaborate with nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comforting environment for patients
• Support patients with mobility, feeding, and personal hygiene
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Must be able to pass background check

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Skill in operating vital sign monitors and medical equipment
• Understanding of infection control practices
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with patients and families
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation
