Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team promptly
• Support patients during meals, including feeding and hydration as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient care environment
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to quality care
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
• Prior CNA experience is a plus, but we welcome new graduates
• Physical ability to lift, transfer, and support patients safely

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care and infection control protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
• Attention to detail in documentation and observation
• Empathy and patience when caring for others
• Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
