Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming support
• Assist with mobility and transfer techniques to ensure patient safety
• Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting changes to nursing staff
• Help with meal service and feeding, promoting proper nutrition and hydration
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
• Support patients with emotional and social needs, fostering a healing atmosphere

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to high-quality patient care
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to flexible scheduling

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and infection control protocols
• Skill in obtaining and recording vital signs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality
