Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Support patients with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and comfort
• Maintain a clean and organized environment while following infection control protocols
• Document patient care accurately and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
• Understanding of medical terminology and documentation
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately
• Strong observation and reporting skills
• Empathy and patience when caring for diverse patient populations
• Teamwork and collaboration abilities
