Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient safety
• Monitor and report vital signs and changes in patient condition
• Document patient care accurately and promptly
• Support nurses with clinical tasks and procedures
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for patients

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and adapt to changing schedules
• Previous CNA experience in a healthcare setting is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care, safety, and infection control protocols
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to assist with mobility, feeding, and personal hygiene
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation
• Team player who works well with nurses and other healthcare professionals
