Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and assess critically ill patients with precision and care
  • Administer medications and treatments that make a real difference
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver outstanding outcomes
  • Respond swiftly to emergencies ensuring patient safety
  • Educate patients and families with compassion and clarity

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in California
  • Telemetry experience that sets you apart
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Strong clinical judgment and quick thinking

Education

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

  • Expertise in cardiac monitoring and telemetry rhythms
  • Proficiency with EKG interpretation and arrhythmia detection
  • Excellent patient assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced night shift environments
