Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 7:45 AM - 4:45 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate pre-op and MedSurg care in a cozy 7-bed urology unit
  • Master catheter care and manage urinary retention cases with confidence
  • Handle patient orders, medication refills, and nurse communications seamlessly
  • Collaborate with clinic managers and MA team to deliver top-notch urology care
  • Contribute to a supportive environment where every patient feels valued

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in Arizona
  • BLS certification required
  • At least 2 years of nursing experience
  • Catheter care experience is a must-have

Education

  • RN licensure; BSN not required

Knowledge & Skills

  • Proficiency with Cerner EMR system
  • Strong skills in urology patient care including urinary retention management
  • Comfortable with med refills, orders, and patient messaging
