Athletic Trainer - Minot State University and Women’s Soccer Program
Location: Minot, North Dakota
Start Date: 04-06-2026
End Date: 11-02-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Flexible schedule open to days, evenings, and weekends. Staffing varies according to sports schedule
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert healthcare as the designated provider for NCAA DII Minot State University Women's Soccer
- Deliver hands-on injury prevention, assessment, and rehabilitation for student-athletes
- Collaborate with coaching staff to optimize athlete performance and safety
- Assist fellow athletic trainers during peak coverage needs
- Support the team's success from practice fields to game days
Qualifications
- Certified Athletic Trainer licensure in good standing
- Experience working with college-level athletes, especially soccer
- Availability for flexible days, evenings, and weekends
- Passion for sports medicine and student-athlete well-being
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Current NATA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of sports injury management and rehabilitation techniques
- Excellent communication skills for working with athletes, coaches, and staff
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, variable schedule environment
- Team player mindset with quick decision-making under pressure
