Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in critical need
  • Quickly assess and stabilize patients during high-pressure situations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide top-tier treatment
  • Monitor patient conditions and respond to life-saving interventions
  • Educate patients and families with clarity and empathy

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in California
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Experience in emergency room or acute care settings preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

Education

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

  • Expertise in emergency triage and trauma care
  • Proficiency with ER protocols and life-support equipment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
