Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in critical condition
  • Quickly assess and prioritize patient needs during high-pressure situations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat urgent cases
  • Advocate for patients and families during challenging moments
  • Maintain precise documentation to ensure seamless continuity of care

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in California
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • ER experience preferred for this dynamic environment
