Bill Rate: $50.14 - $70.35/hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Specialty Clinic team to enhance patient flow, safety, and quality
- Optimize schedules, referrals, and clinic workflows to improve access and throughput
- Standardize clinical policies, procedures, and staff competencies and ensure compliance
- Monitor key metrics and drive continuous improvement in ambulatory services
- Partner with leadership to maintain Joint Commission readiness and regulatory compliance
- Recruit, orient, and develop staff while addressing employee relations and staffing needs
- Recommend and manage clinic supplies and equipment needs to support safe operations
- Drive a culture of service excellence and patient-centered care across the clinic
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the U.S. (Alaska license or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Minimum 5 years of varied RN experience, including at least 1 year in ambulatory/outpatient care
- Minimum 2 years supervisory or managerial experience in healthcare
- BLS required
- Clinical competency and manager competency to be completed within 3 months of hire
- Ability to meet physical demands of role, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong leadership, change management, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Education
- Associate's degree in Nursing (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid grasp of the nursing process and ambulatory clinical workflows
- Customer service and patient experience excellence
- Safety, infection control, and regulatory readiness (Joint Commission) knowledge
- Proficiency with clinical and office technology and medical equipment
- Ability to analyze metrics, drive quality improvement, and optimize clinic throughput
- Strong verbal and written communication, coaching, and team leadership skills
