Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert emergency care to patients in critical need
Assess and triage urgent cases with speed and precision
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat
Monitor patient conditions and respond to rapid changes
Advocate for patients and families during high-stress moments

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana
BLS and ACLS certifications
Experience in emergency department or equivalent
Strong clinical skills in a fast-paced environment

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in emergency triage and assessment
Expertise with life-saving interventions
Excellent decision-making under pressure
Compassionate patient communication
Team collaboration in high-volume settings
