Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care to patients in the Step-Down Unit
- Monitor and assess patient conditions with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
- Advocate for patients ensuring their needs are met
- Contribute to a healing environment that makes a real difference
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Louisiana
- Experience in Step-Down Unit or similar preferred
- BLS certification required
- Strong clinical skills and compassion
- Commitment to patient-centered care
