Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care in the operating room
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety
- Assist in general OR procedures with precision and compassion
- Maintain sterile environments and high standards of practice
- Contribute to positive patient outcomes every shift
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Louisiana
- OR nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Surgical procedures and protocols
- Patient assessment and monitoring
- Sterile technique and infection control
- Team collaboration in fast-paced environments
