Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver critical care to ICU patients with compassion and expertise
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create impactful care plans
- Advocate for patients ensuring their needs are met around the clock
- Maintain precise documentation to support seamless care transitions
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Louisiana
- ICU nursing experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong clinical skills and a patient-first mindset
