Roles & Responsibilities

Empower patients to regain their voice and communication skills through personalized therapy
Conduct thorough assessments to create impactful treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Deliver engaging speech therapy sessions that inspire progress
Document achievements and adapt strategies for maximum results

Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Virginia or compact state
CCC-SLP certification preferred
Experience in rehabilitation settings a plus
Passionate about helping patients achieve their communication goals

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA certification or eligibility

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in dysphagia management and swallowing disorders
Skilled in augmentative and alternative communication tools
Strong interpersonal skills for patient and family engagement
Proficiency in evidence-based speech therapy techniques
