Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Roles & Responsibilities
- Empower patients to regain their voice and communication skills through personalized therapy
- Conduct thorough assessments to create impactful treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Deliver engaging speech therapy sessions that inspire progress
- Document achievements and adapt strategies for maximum results
Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Virginia or compact state
- CCC-SLP certification preferred
- Experience in rehabilitation settings a plus
- Passionate about helping patients achieve their communication goals
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA certification or eligibility
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in dysphagia management and swallowing disorders
- Skilled in augmentative and alternative communication tools
- Strong interpersonal skills for patient and family engagement
- Proficiency in evidence-based speech therapy techniques
