Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and responding promptly
• Educate patients and their families on health management and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current TNCC certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• Must meet facility health requirements, including COVID-19 and influenza vaccines
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of trauma and stroke care protocols
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Adaptability to quickly learn new environments and systems
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
