Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Monitor and interpret hemodynamic data, quickly alerting the team to any changes
• Administer medications and contrast agents as directed, with precision and care
• Educate patients and their families about procedures and post-care instructions
• Document patient status and procedure details accurately to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Nevada or a compact state
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Prefer at least 1 year of Cath Lab or critical care experience
• Ability to stand for extended periods and wear lead aprons
• Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and hemodynamics

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in sterile technique and infection control protocols
• Skilled in cardiac monitoring, rhythm interpretation, and hemodynamic waveform analysis
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Quick thinker who thrives in high-pressure situations
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
