Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist surgical team in the operating room during a variety of procedures
• Prepare and maintain sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies
• Operate and handle Da Vinci robotic system with precision
• Assist with C-section procedures in the perioperative setting
• Float to appropriate units as needed to support patient care
• Collaborate with nurses and surgeons to ensure efficient room turnover and patient safety

Qualifications

• Active BLS certification required
• DCI/BVP certification required
• Proven experience with Da Vinci robot
• Experience in C-section procedures
• Ability to respond to on-call and arrive at the hospital within 30 minutes
• Surgical technology certification or equivalent experience

Knowledge & Skills

• Deep knowledge of sterile technique and OR protocols
• Comfortable using Da Vinci robotic surgical system
• Familiar with C-section surgical workflows
• Ability to float to different units as needed
• Reliable on-call responsiveness and team collaboration
