Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide advanced respiratory care to critically ill neonates and pediatric patients in the NICU and PICU
• Manage ventilators, high-flow devices, Nitric Oxide, and Heliox therapy
• Perform therapeutic procedures such as CPT and continuous nebulizers
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
• Evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient response

Qualifications

• Current RRT credential from NBRC
• BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care hospital RRT experience
• NICU experience required
• PICU experience preferred
• Meditech experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Advanced knowledge of neonatal and pediatric respiratory care
• Proficient in ventilator management, high-flow oxygen, and Nitric Oxide
• Strong critical thinking and adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
