Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform dental hygiene assessments and cleanings to keep patients smiling
• Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and preventive care
• Capture and develop dental X-rays with precision and care
• Document patient treatments accurately while maintaining confidentiality
• Partner with the dentist to ensure smooth, efficient patient visits
• Follow strict infection control and safety protocols every step of the way

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Clinical dental hygiene experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative dental team

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
• Comfort with digital radiography and dental software
• Understanding of infection control and OSHA standards
• Excellent interpersonal skills for patient education
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
