Roles & Responsibilities

• Be the right hand of our orthodontist and keep patient care flowing smoothly
• Prep rooms and sterilize tools like a pro - hygiene is your superpower
• Snap X-rays and take impressions that make diagnosis a breeze
• Guide patients through their orthodontic journey with warmth and clarity
• Keep charts accurate in Denticon so the whole team stays in sync

Qualifications

• You're a certified or registered dental assistant (CDA/RDA) - or willing to get certified!
• Orthodontic experience? Amazing! But we're happy to train the right person
• You've got a current CPR/BLS card and keep it fresh
• You bring a positive attitude and a knack for putting patients at ease
• You love flexibility and aren't afraid of a fast-paced dental environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Know your way around dental X-rays, impressions, and sterilizing techniques
• Comfortable with dental software (Denticon is a plus!)
• Solid understanding of dental anatomy and orthodontic appliances
• Strong communication skills to connect with patients of all ages
• Organized, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in where needed
