Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care, including cleanings and preventive treatments
• Take and develop dental X-rays with precision and care
• Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and post-treatment care
• Assist the dentist during procedures to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Sterilize and prepare instruments, maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment
• Document patient care accurately and maintain confidential records

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in clinical dental hygiene preferred, but new grads welcome to apply
• Strong commitment to patient comfort and quality care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Dental prophylaxis and periodontal therapy techniques
• Digital and traditional radiography
• Infection control and sterilization standards
• Patient assessment and documentation
• Dental software and electronic health records
• Caring and professional chairside manner
