Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and comprehensive patient assessments to promote optimal oral health
• Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and preventive care techniques
• Take and develop dental X-rays to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning
• Document patient care and treatment plans accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with the dentist and dental team to provide exceptional, compassionate care
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe environment to ensure patient well-being

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin (or ability to obtain before start)
• Associate or bachelor's degree in dental hygiene from an accredited program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental cleaning techniques and patient education best practices
• Familiarity with dental software and digital X-ray equipment
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills
• Ability to manage patient flow effectively during evening hours
