Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients with a wide range of emergency and urgent conditions
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for trauma, cardiac, and pediatric patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation using Point Click EMR system
• Respond to emergency situations with quick thinking and clinical expertise

Qualifications

• Active Oregon RN license required upon submission
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification required
• ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications required
• CEN certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience

Knowledge & Skills

• Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) skills
• Basic life support (BLS) skills
• Pediatric advanced life support (PALS) skills
• Trauma nursing core course (TNCC) skills
• Strong critical thinking and assessment abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork
