Bill Rate: $48.11 - $68.59/hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess residents using the nursing process and document findings thoroughly and clearly
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team
- Interpret diagnostic tests and adjust care plans accordingly
- Provide resident and family education to support health, recovery, and quality of life
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate effective, efficient resident care
- Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance resident outcomes and care quality
Qualifications
- Current California RN license
- Current certification in CPR
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Demonstrated competency in medication administration, documentation, and resident assessment
Education
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation
- Medication administration and interpretation of diagnostic tests
- Thorough documentation and care planning
- Resident education and culturally competent care
- Strong interdisciplinary collaboration and performance improvement mindset
