Shift Type: Night shift, 7:45 PM - 7:15 AM, rotating days with every other weekend off

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Assess patient conditions and collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to physicians
• Educate patients and families on discharge planning
• Float to other departments as needed in rotation

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license or compact multi-state license
• Minimum 3 years of Med/Surg experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Approved 6-hour suicide prevention training
• Team player willing to float to other units

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Meditech EMR (helpful but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
