Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients
Monitor and assess patient conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team
Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
Operate and manage advanced ICU equipment
Support and educate patients and their families during challenging times

Qualifications

Current RN license in California
At least 1-2 years of ICU experience preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring
Proficiency in ventilator management
Knowledge of critical care medications and protocols
Ability to stay calm and effective in high-pressure situations
