Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
• Assess, triage, and manage acute and critical conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with protocols
• Provide patient and family education during emergencies

Qualifications

• Current Washington State or Multi-State RN license (must include approved 6-hour suicide training and Nursys verification)
• Minimum 3 years of emergency department experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
• Ability to work night shifts and full availability for scheduling

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Meditech is helpful but not required
