Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
• Assess and triage patients quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and monitor patient responses
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain a calm, organized emergency department during peak times

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii RN license in good standing (must have prior to start)
• Minimum 5 years of emergency room nursing experience
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC
• Ability to work rotating shifts and consecutive weekends
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• A passion for making a difference in people's lives

• Advanced cardiac life support and pediatric emergency care
• Trauma nursing and crisis intervention
• Patient assessment and triage expertise
• EMR proficiency and documentation accuracy
• Team collaboration and adaptability in high-stress situations
