Roles & Responsibilities

• Triage and assess patients in the emergency department with compassion and speed
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient vital signs, histories, and outcomes accurately
• Provide education and support to patients and families
• Respond quickly to life-threatening situations and emergencies
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment

Qualifications

• Current RN license in New Hampshire or a compact state
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Previous ED/ER experience is a plus
• Comfortable working 12.5-hour shifts
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts

Knowledge & Skills

• Emergency nursing and triage skills
• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• IV therapy and medication administration
• EMR documentation
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
