Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate the GBT machine to support advanced dental hygiene care
• Efficiently run two columns to keep patient flow smooth
• Assist dental hygienists and dentists chairside during procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments to maintain a safe clinical environment
• Document patient care accurately and support a welcoming experience

Qualifications

• Experience operating a GBT machine
• Ability to run two columns in a fast-paced dental setting
• Dental hygiene assistant certification as required in Virginia
• A strong focus on patient comfort and safety

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on knowledge of GBT machine operation
• Skill in managing two columns or workstations
• Understanding of dental hygiene procedures and workflows
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization best practices
