Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and scaling procedures for patients
• Provide personalized oral hygiene instruction and education
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
• Collaborate with the dentist and dental assistant to ensure efficient patient flow
• Document patient care and treatment provided accurately
• Deliver compassionate care in a friendly, patient-centered environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of New Jersey
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience preferred but not required
• Strong patient communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental cleaning techniques and tools
• Understanding of infection control protocols
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and clinical precision
• Ability to work as part of a dental team
