Location: Everett, WA

Contract Type: Perm
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, no weekends
Hours per Week: 35
Bill Rate: $46-$51/hour
Benefits
- Salary range: $46-$51
- 10% Salary placement fee
- 35 hours per week

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and evidence-based physical therapy services to residents in a 100-bed skilled nursing facility
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve mobility, strength, and independence
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care
- Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatments as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and home safety strategies
- Contribute to a positive, supportive environment that prioritizes each resident's quality of life
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in Washington (or ability to obtain one before starting)
- Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric settings is a plus
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic exercise skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced SNF environment
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities
- Compassion and patience when working with elderly residents
- Time management and organizational skills
