Location: Bedford, NH
Start Date: 08-31-2026
Contract Type: Perm
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with weekend rotation
Hours per Week: 40
Bill Rate: $41-$50/hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Provide therapeutic interventions and exercises to help patients recover from illness or injury
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on treatment strategies and home exercise programs
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in New Hampshire
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with occasional weekend rotation
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and therapeutic exercise
- Patient assessment and care planning skills
- Ability to document accurately and timely
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Time management and organizational skills
- Collaborative teamwork skills
