Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in patient health to nursing staff
• Support mobility and transfer needs with proper body mechanics
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
• Document care provided accurately and promptly

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred)
• Ability to provide empathetic and respectful care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
• Understanding of infection control practices
• Skills in taking vital signs and documenting
• Ability to respond quickly and calmly in emergencies
• Interpersonal skills to connect with patients and families
