Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical and functional abilities through comprehensive assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function, improve mobility, and reduce pain
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to achieve patient goals
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and injury prevention

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Previous experience in a similar setting is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
• Ability to create and implement effective treatment plans
• Proficient in electronic documentation (EMR) systems
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
