Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver thorough dental cleanings and preventive care to patients
• Provide personalized oral hygiene education and home care instructions
• Work efficiently with a dedicated dental assistant so you can focus on patient comfort and care
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments following strict infection control protocols
• Document patient care accurately and maintain confidential records

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical skills and attention to patient comfort
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dental practice

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and periodontal therapy
• Familiarity with dental instruments, sterilization techniques, and infection control standards
• Proficiency in patient charting and record keeping
• Understanding of dental practice safety and OSHA regulations
