Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments are sterilized and ready for procedures
• Assist the orthodontist during exams, adjustments, and bracket placements with a steady hand
• Take dental radiographs and impression molds with precision and a gentle touch
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and aftercare so they leave with a confident smile
• Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment plans as directed

Qualifications

• Orthodontic certification required - we need someone who truly knows their brackets and wires
• Previous experience as a dental assistant, ideally in an orthodontic practice
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication skills and a caring, patient-first approach
