Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments to meet evolving needs

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong assessment and manual therapy skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities

Knowledge & Skills

• Evidence-based practice in physical therapy
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Ability to create and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
• Interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and teams
