Bill Rate: $29.55 - $34.00/hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
- Document patient progress and adjust treatments as directed
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Maryland
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of therapeutic exercise techniques and modalities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in documentation and electronic medical records
- Ability to adapt to changing patient needs
- Understanding of safety and infection control protocols
