Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure smooth orthodontic visits
• Assist the orthodontist during procedures, from bracket placement to wire adjustments
• Take dental radiographs and intraoral photos with precision and care
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment
• Educate patients on braces care, oral hygiene, and post-treatment expectations
• Manage patient records, schedule appointments, and keep supplies stocked
• Provide a warm, reassuring experience for patients of all ages

Qualifications

• Orthodontic Certification is required for this role
• Dental Assisting background or formal dental assisting training
• Experience with orthodontic procedures is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a patient-first attitude
• Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced practice
• Ability to work evening hours with reliability and enthusiasm
