Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for orthodontic procedures and ensure their comfort throughout treatment
• Assist the orthodontist with examinations, adjustments, and appliance placements
• Sterilize and organize dental instruments and maintain a clean clinical environment
• Take dental X-rays and impressions as needed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care

Qualifications

• Orthodontic certification required (as noted in job description)
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dental office
• Prior experience as a dental assistant is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of orthodontic instruments and procedures
• Proficient in dental software (e.g., Denticon)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and infection control protocols
