Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety
• Communicate effectively with nurses and other healthcare team members
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe patient environment
• Support patients with meals, hydration, and daily activities

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with active certification in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient care skills including vital signs measurement and documentation
• Understanding of infection control practices and safety protocols
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Teamwork and collaboration with nursing staff
• Compassion and empathy for patients and families
