Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as the OR circulator for a variety of surgical specialties including urology, ENT, vascular, OBGYN, cardiothoracic, general, and acute care surgery
• Pull and prepare next-day cases, check expiration dates, and ensure everything is ready for the morning
• Respond to urgent and emergent cases as they come in, providing critical support in high-pressure situations
• Collaborate with a skilled surgical team to deliver safe, quality patient care during night shifts

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio or compact state (must be currently active)
• Minimum 3 years of OR experience required
• Willingness to work night shifts: Sunday-Tuesday, 7pm-7am
• Must reside outside a 60-mile radius from the facility

Education

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in OR circulator duties
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical procedures
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
