Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct clinical treatment services including individual, group, and family psychotherapy within your credentialed scope.
Deliver emergency services, crisis intervention, and information and referral to support clients in urgent need.
Perform comprehensive assessments and case management to develop and monitor person-centered treatment plans.
Offer consumer support services, community education, and professional consultation to enhance local mental health resources.
Collaborate with the Director of Outreach Services and Clinical Manager to ensure high-quality care with minimal administrative burden.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and use sound professional judgment while working with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Master's degree in behavioral science, nursing sciences, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Active Washington State licensure as LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or MHP.
At least 2 years of experience treating consumers in the assigned program area.
Demonstrated knowledge of mental health therapeutic techniques and ability to provide direct client services.
Ability to work with special populations (children, elderly, developmental disabilities, minorities, hearing impaired) if qualified under WAC 246-341-0515.
Strong clinical judgment and ability to perform responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Education

Master's degree in behavioral science, nursing sciences, social work, or related field (required)

Psychotherapy modalities for individuals, groups, and families
Crisis intervention and emergency mental health services
Assessment and case management skills
Information and referral processes and community resource knowledge
Community education and consultation abilities
Excellent judgment, documentation, and client-centered care skills
