Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform complex diagnostic testing across Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, and Microbiology with accuracy and professionalism.
- Execute and document quality control procedures to ensure reliable, compliant laboratory results.
- Maintain strict laboratory safety protocols and ensure a clean, auditable workspace.
- Troubleshoot instrumentation and testing issues, escalating and communicating results as needed to clinical teams.
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet turnaround time goals and support patient care.
Qualifications
- Current, active Nevada State General Supervisor license (required).
- Experience as a Medical Technologist working across Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, and Microbiology.
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality control practices, laboratory safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to multitask and perform reliably in a fast-paced, evening/night shift setting.
