Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that makes a measurable difference
Assess patient needs and develop thoughtful care plans with the care team
Collaborate across disciplines to deliver coordinated, high-quality care
Communicate clearly with patients and families to educate and set expectations
Document clinical information accurately and timely to support continuity of care
Champion safety and quality initiatives to improve outcomes every day

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted professional license in Georgia (or eligible to obtain)
BLS required; ACLS or specialty certifications preferred where applicable
Clinical experience in a relevant setting preferred (new grads may be considered depending on role)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork
Ability to pass background checks and required onboarding screenings

Education

Associate degree or diploma in the relevant healthcare field required; BS/BSN preferred where applicable
Completion of an accredited program appropriate to the role

Knowledge & Skills

Solid clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Comfortable using electronic health record systems and documentation tools
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Patient advocacy and compassionate bedside manner
Team collaboration and flexibility to support unit needs
