Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute functional, integration, regression, smoke, and UAT test cases for Epic Tapestry and payer workflows
• Validate claims, eligibility, enrollment, benefits, authorizations, provider data, and EDI/X12 transactions
• Document defects with clear evidence, reproduction steps, expected results, and impact assessment
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, application coordinators, and client stakeholders during release cycles

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant healthcare IT, Epic, payer operations, QA, application support, or analytics experience
• Hands-on experience with Epic Tapestry, payer platforms, EHR/EMR systems, revenue cycle systems, or healthcare enterprise applications
• Ability to work with U.S. healthcare teams and support remote delivery across time zones
• Strong understanding of healthcare privacy, security, and confidential client information handling
